About Fairview, NJ Real Estate Market

Fairview is a small borough in the Bergen County of New Jersey in the USA. Founded in 1894 from the portions of Ridgefield Township, Fairview is one of those 26 boroughs which were formed during the Boroughitis phenomenon that took place in Bergen County in 1894.

Currently, the population of Fairview stands at around 14,000 people, with the borough spreading over 0.85 square miles, thus making it one of the smallest boroughs in Bergen County in terms of area. Named after its view of the Hackensack River Valley, Fairview shares its borders with other municipalities of Bergen County, such as Ridgefield and Cliffside Park and even the North Bergen from the Hudson County.

Fairview is a small town, which does not have any large mansions, but small and quaint homes for sale in NJ across the small lanes of the borough. It has two cemeteries, Fairview Cemetery and Mount Moriah Cemetery, which are located along the Western Hudson Pallisades and are two of the biggest cemeteries in Bergen County. Apart from that, Fairview also has a few bars and restaurants, which make sure that life in the borough is not too boring and hush-hush at all.
